Shipping Policy

All jewelry items purchased online, will be shipped free charge with a trackable service and signature for acceptance of delivery must be completed. Gift items and mineral items are excluded from free shipping. Overnight shipping is available and subject to a $70 shipping and insurance fee for jewelry items and gift items under 10Kg weight. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for processing before items are shipped.

Overnight shipping is available on in stock items only and not available on weekends.

For returns, the customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges.
