Contest Rules
All entries must be received by midnight Friday, February 3, 2008. The staff at Naifeh Fine Jewelry will determine five finalists in each of the two categories (married or engaged), and the 10 finalist’s stories will be posted on our website beginning at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 6th. The public will be invited to vote for their favorites online until midnight on Sunday, February 10th. The final winners will be determined by this vote. The winners will be announced to the public at the Naifeh Fine Jewelry Celebration Cocktail Party, on Tuesday, February 12th.

The winners will be determined Tuesday, February 12.

No purchase necessary.

All submitted stories must relay true events. Naifeh Fine Jewelry reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner if it is determined that all or any of the details of the story are false. If disqualified, entrant forfeits all rights to prizes packages.

All entrants and the contest winners must be 21 or older and legal residents of Oklahoma. All federal, state, and local regulations apply.

Mahogany Steakhouse, Boulevard Steakhouse, Erick Gfeller Photography, Brides of Oklahoma, and Naifeh Fine Jewelry("Contest Sponsors") are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, misdirected, misdelivered or incomplete entries.

The winners will be notified by telephone on or about Tuesday, February 12, 2008.

All local, state, and federal taxes [ground, transportation, meals not specified, incidentals and gratuities] arising from this contest are the responsibility of the winner and not Contest Sponsors.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Decisions of the judges are final.

There are no prize or cash substitutions. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after 30 days. A photo identification card is required to claim prize.

Employees of Contest sponsors and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this contest.

This contest is void where prohibited by law.

The winners' entries and acceptance of prizes constitutes permission to use their names, photographs and likenesses for purposes of advertising and promotion on behalf of Contest Sponsors without compensation.

The winners agree that Contest Sponsors and their employees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in prize.

The winners will be required to execute forms releasing Contest Sponsors from any and all liability prior to receiving any prize.
